Poshmark Sales Report was updated for new Private Fields
Poshmark updated the Poshmark Sales Report with new columns that pull from the new feature of Private Fields that allow sellers to include SKU, Cost Price and Other info as part of their listing. Please follow the below simple instructions to not run into any issues when pasting the Poshmark Sales Report in full. If you decide to not make these changes to your existing workbook, you will need to copy and paste the Poshmark Sales Report in sections instead of everything at once. Also, if you purchased the workbook, but haven’t started working on it yet, you can download the latest Google Sheets version using the same link. If you are looking for the latest Excel version, please email me and include proof of purchase (your etsy order).
In Sales tab, insert new column between the column for Order Date and Order ID. Update the title of the column to SKU.
Now go to the next available row (after your last sales import). In Item ID column (should be column AB but might be different for you), add a formula to reference the new SKU column if you plan to enter your SKU in Poshmark’s new private field. Simply write in the cell =G# where the number is the row number. If there’s no SKU available in the SKU column, just overwrite the formula with the Item ID that you have. The cost will continue to pull from the Item ID column.
This formula has to be applied to all rows below that now. Copy the cell (CTRL+C), highlight the cells below and paste (CTRL+V). Confirm that the formula is available in the rows below.
Insert a new column between the NWT and Order price column. Title the column Cost Price.
The private field feature does not allow to enter decimal places under cost price field at this time. Therefore, I do not recommend depending on that information. If you do not have this item in the Inventory tab, you can on your own write in the cost in the Cost column (column AD).
There is also a column for Other Info which will also pull from the Private Fields. Just insert a column after the Notes column.
Additionally, the Net Earnings column has to be updated. Part of the formula has “$Z$1:$AD$13,4” part of it. Please change the 4 to a 5 so it reads “$Z$1:$AD$13,5”
Please do copy and paste that formula down to the rest of the column.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me! I am happy to assist in making sure your workbook is working seamlessly.
